Jay-Mah Creations Australia

Jaya Lewis is the founder of  Jay-Mah Creations Australia, now in its 11th year (established in 1998). 

This name is akin to Jaya = Victory; Mah = Mother = Victorious Mother .

It is the responsibility for the Mother-force in the world, to nurture awareness, physical health, educational opportunities, and  integrity of character, as part of raising children.  

Jay-Mah Creations Australia was birthed from the understanding that the Mother-force of the world has the immense responsibility to guide their children into a compassionate and sustainable future.  Mother's and mothering fathers (!) everywhere, need to nurture and guide with a firm hand and gentle heart! 

Planet Earth is our 'Mother' too.... providing food, shelter, water and air; plus all the comfort and beauty from Nature that keeps the 'Spirit' happy... enjoy her wonders!   But of course, if we are to move forward into a sustainable world, humanity must have a  much more united vision: a world where poverty is abolished; and the Earth revered, not raped. Resources are already in grave assault - we must be wise, careful and sustainable with what is left....  otherwise......  there'll be nothing left to sustain  ANY life on earth (and we'll be the guilty party of that lack of foresight ! ).

Radiant health (your birthright) needs also, to be of a global concern and foundations - daily health must be rooted in lifestyle choices: quality nutrition,  clean, unpoisoned drinking water; and sufficient happy exercise to pump the blood around.  Prevention of disease is the result of a healthy mind, body, spirit and Planet.  Fruits and Vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet; then relaxation practices, exercise in moderation, and of course, we all need loving relationships (free from abuse).  In short, in having health, our 'Spirit' has somewhere to comfortably live.

Thrown into this mix: sustainable housing; and enough material goods for each person to live without the complete destruction of our Mother Earth to accomplish this end... for her resources are rapidly diminishing. 

With the Ocean's having dead zones, and fisheries collapsing, there is work to be done to halt  and reverse our complete demise - the Oceans are NOT a dumping ground; nor to be degraded further through longline, trawling and wasteful  fishing practices - the Oceans are living entities, providing us with Life and Oxygen, to sustain us here on earth.

Whether preserving the last remaining Ancient Forests or keeping our blessed Oceans alive, the Earth, Sea and Sky are our home... So with that, please look after yourself, your community, and, the planet that sustains you.... we are the planet's caretakers for future generations.

The silver lining rests now, with the children of the world.

Jaya recently graduated with her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Music and Screen Production.  When not working, running a home and raising her daughter, she is also busy studying to become a TESOL teacher (teaching English to Students of Other Languages) as separate skills alongside her deep love of making films and music.  Her aim is to travel the world, teaching, or, producing quality films for children and adults alike, about the Environment (inner, and, outer), really fun family, or, fantasy storylines too !  She is currently based at the Gold Coast, Australia.
